This recipe is one of my favourites and inspired by Leon's Breakfast Power Smoothie. It's ridiculously simple, healthy and quite frankly delicious. Simply blitz the ingredients, gulp and go! It really is your entire breakfast in a glass.
Ingredients per person
1 small banana/ half a large one
2 1/2 tbs of low fat greek yogurt
A handful of oats
1 teaspoon of honey
100 ml of semi skimmed milk
variations - add a handful of berries to add some extra fruitiness and a dash more milk if you want a slightly thinner consistency.
